| Exchange Disseminated Time 04/12/2015 09:05:53 | Zee Learn Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 04, 2015 has accorded in-principle approval for exploring consolidation options with Tree House Education & Accessories Limited.
Further, the Board has constituted and authorized a committee to finalise the proposed consolidation and take all necessary steps including appointment of necessary consultants.
The Company will keep the stock exchanges informed as and when the consolidation options are finalised. |
