2. Voluntary delisting of the shares of the Company from MCX - SX Stock Exchange Ltd
3. Approved request for retirement of Mr. Ramesh D. Chandak as the Managing Director of the Company with effect from end of business day on April 01, 2015 and
4. Appointment of Mr. Vimal Kejriwal as the Managing Director and CEO of the Company with effect from April 01, 2015.. |
