1. The Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st quarter ended on June 30, 2015.
2. To approve the Notice of the AGM for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.
Further pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Tree House Education & Accessories Limited - Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window for Directors, Designated Employees and Specified Persons as defined in the Code shall remain closed from staring of trading hours of July 28, 2015 to closing of trading hours of August 07, 2015. |
