| Exchange Disseminated Time 28/07/2016 11:45:22 | Kriti Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter Ended June 30, 2016.
Further, as per the Company's code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for the purpose of consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter Ended June 30, 2016 for all the Directors / Designated Employees and their dependent family members/immediate relatives, of the Company from August 05, 2016 upto 48 hours after the date on which Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 is submitted to the Stock Exchange. Accordingly all the Directors / Designated Employees and their dependent family members/immediate relatives of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the equity shares of the Company during the closure of Trading Window. |
