1. Recommended a dividend of Rs. 12/- per share equity share of Rs. 10/- each, i.e. 120% for the Financial year ended March 31, 2016, subject to the approval by the members at the 40th Annual General Meeting.
2. Recommended the alteration of Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company to be in Compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, subject to the approval by the members at the 40th Annual General Meeting. |
