1. The accounts for the financial year (nine month period) ended December 31, 2011.
2. The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year (nine month period) ended December 31, 2011.
The Company has further informed that the Board at the aforesaid Meeting may also consider recommendation for payment of dividend on the equity shares for the financial year (nine month period) ended December 31, 2011. |
