| Exchange Disseminated Time | | With reference to the earlier announcement about the Members approval for change of name of the Company from "Jindal South West Holdings Limited" to "JSW Holdings Limited", Jindal South West Holdings Ltd has now informed BSE that the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai have also approved the proposal of change of name of the Company from "Jindal South West Holdings Limited" to "JSW Holdings Limited". Pursuant to the above, name of the Company is now changed to "JSW Holdings Limited" with effect from July 12, 2013. |
