Further, the Trading Window of the Company shall be closed from May 17, 2016 and will reopen on May 27, 2016 i.e. after expiry of 48 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange on May 25, 2016 as per the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for regulations, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company. |
