Novartis India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 13, 2016,
has approved appointment of Ms. Monaz Noble as Additional Director on the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f June 13, 2016 to hold the office of Additional Director upto the date of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”).

Subject to the approval of Members at the forthcoming AGM, the Board also approved appointment of Ms Monaz Noble as Whole Time Director for a period of five years w.e.f June 13, 2016.

Ms. Noble is not related to any Director of the Company.
