| Exchange Disseminated Time | Minda Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the date of Board Meeting of the Company, to be held on February 14, 2015, to consider and take on records the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter/ Nine months ended on December 31, 2014.
In this connection, as per Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers / designated employees of the company with effect from February 06, 2016 and will end 24 hours after the results are made public on February 14, 2015.
