| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 16, 2011, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. To consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2011; and
2. To consider recommending final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2011.
Further the Company has informed that, the Company opts to submit audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2011. Hence, the Company will not be adopting un-audited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011. |
