The meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, the 29th May, 2017 at Jindal Centre, 12, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi - 110 066, inter-alia to consider and approve the following :- (i) to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter/year ended 31st March, 2017 ; and (ii) to approve the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st March, 2017. Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trading Window shall be closed from 6.00 p.m. on 18th May, 2017 upto 48 hours from the disclosure of above Financial Results.
