| Exchange Disseminated Time | AVT Natural Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2012, inter alia, has approved the following:
1. Recommended Final Dividend of 50% (Rs. 5/- per share on face value of Rs. 10/-) on the Equity Capital, for the year ended March 31, 2012. This is in addition to Special dividend of 25% declared in January 2012 and Interim dividend of 50% declared in March 2012 by the Board. The post split dividend per share shall be in proportion to sub-divided shares.
2. The Company to stop accepting/renewing deposits. |
