1. To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and fifteen months ended June 30, 2012.
2. To consider the options to raise additional long term resources upto an aggregate amount of Rs. 30.00 crores by way of further issue of Equity shares/ Convertible Securities or any other type of instruments on a preferential basis. |
