| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bank of Maharashtra has informed BSE that in terms of letter dated February 25, 2015 of Reserve Bank of India, the Bank has appointed following four Chartered Accountant firms as Statutory Central Auditors (SCAs) of the Bank for the year 2014-15.

2. M/s Singh Ray Mishra & Co., Bhubaneshwar,
3. M/s Parakh & Co., Jaipur,
4. M/s A.R.Sulakhe & Co., Pune.
The appointment of M/s. Parakh & Co., Jaipur, and M/s A.R.Sulakhe & Co., Pune, is in place of M/s Kirtane & Pandit, Pune and M/s. J.C.Bhalla & Co., New Delhi. |
