a.Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 4th quarter and year ended 31st March 2017.
b.Dividend of Rs. 20 per Equity Share (200%) on face value of Rs.10/- each for the F.Y ended 31st March 2017.
c.74th AGM shall be held on 17th August, 2017
d.Register of Members and the Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed from 11.8.2017 to 17.8.2017(both days inclusive) for the purpose of dividend and 74th AGM.
e.The present Statutory Auditors of the company M/s. Suri & Co, Chartered Accountants, Chennai would be completing their term at the conclusion of the 74th AGM. The Board had recommended, in their place, the appointment of M/s. PKF Sridhar & Santhanam LLP, Chartered Accountants, Chennai (Regn.003990S/S200018) as the Statutory Auditors for a period of 5 years from the conclusion of the 74th AGM.
f.Mr. Raghu Bhale Rao has ceased to be a Director w.e.f.30.5.2017.
