1. Adoption of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet of the Corporation for the year ended on March 31, 2010 along with Auditors' Report thereon and the Report of the Board of Directors.
2. Re-appointment of M/s. Mahendra N. Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad as Auditors of the Corporation to hold office from the conclusion of 50th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
