1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 along with the Statement of Assets & Liabilities as prescribed under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
2. To consider the Limited Review Report for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.
3.To consider and declare second interim dividend for the financial year 2016 -17, if any and to fix the record date for the same.
Further, as per the "Code of Conduct" formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window will be closed from November 05, 2016 to November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Officers, Designated Employees, Insiders (as defined in the code), and their dependents and family members. |
