Further, in accordance with 'Code of Conduct' of the Company for Prohibition of Insider Trading, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the trading window will be closed for dealing and trading in shares of the Company for Directors, Senior / Designated Employees and Auditors for the purpose of declaration of the Audited Financial Results (both standalone and consolidated) for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2016, from May 14, 2016 to May 29, 2016 (Both days inclusive). |
