No.:A18300), as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer pursuant to Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6 of SEBI LODR and noted the resignation tendered by Ms. Darshi Shah from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f.
