- Preservation of Documents Policy.
- Determination of Materiality of Events or Information Policy
- Archival Policy
Further, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 02, 2015 has constituted a Committee consisting of Key Managerial Personnel to determine materiality of events or information for disclosure to Stock Exchanges as per the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015:-
