Dadu & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firms Registration No. 001201N) in place of M/s Gupta Vigg and Company as the Statutory Auditors of the Company. They will hold office for a term of 5(five) Consecutive years from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of sixth Annual General Meeting (subject to the ratification of their appointment by the members at every forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
