- Mr. Amar Bhalotia, a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the position of Director with effect from February 13, 2015. However, the Company continues to comply with the requirements of minimum number of non-executive & independent directors on Its Board even after the resignation of Mr. Amar Bhalotia,
Consequent upon resignation of Mr. Amar Bhalotia, the Board has re-constituted its Nomination and Remuneration Committee to include Mr. Abhijit Datta, non-executive Independent Director as the member of the Committee. |
