| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier letter dated March 08, 2016 regarding Receipt of Certificate of Registration from Registrar of
Companies, Mumbai for shifting of Registered Office from State of Karnataka to the State of Maharashtra, GMR Infrastructure Ltd has now informed BSE that the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, has confirmed the shifting of registered office of GMR Infrastructure Limited from Bangalore, Karnataka to Mumbai, Maharashtra, and issued "Certificate of Registration of Regional Director Order for Change of State".
Consequently, the Memorandum of Association of the Company has been altered with respect to the State in which registered office is situated.
The Registered Office of GMR Infrastructure Limited shall accordingly be situated at "Naman Centre, 7th Floor, Opp. Dena Bank, Plot No.C-31, G Block, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India – 400051." |
