| Exchange Disseminated Time | Rossell India Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, the following existing personnel were appointed as Key Managerial Personnel in the Meeting of the Board of Directors held on April 01, 2014.
- Mr. C. S. Bedi, Managing Director
- Mr. N. K. Khurana, Chief Financial Officer as well as Company Secretary designated as "Chief Financial Officer-cum-Company Secretary"
Further, Mr. H. M. Gupta, Executive Chairman, who was earlier appointed as Chief Executive, has also been made the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company pursuant to the aforesaid provisions, as the Company is engaged in multiple businesses with each of the business being headed by the Divisional Head. |
