1. To approve Un-Audited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the quarter ended on June 30, 2016 pursuant to regulation 33 of Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement, 2015.
2. To fix day, date, time and venue of 34thAnnual General Meeting of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016 and approve notice for the same.
3. To fix the cut -off date to determine the entitlement of voting rights of members for e-voting and to fix the commencement and closing date for e-voting.
4. To approve Share Transfer Books & Register of Members closure dates for the 34th Annual General Meeting. |
