| Exchange Disseminated Time | CRISIL Ltd has informed BSE that at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on April 19, 2016 the Company has allotted equity shares of CRISIL Limited of face value of Re. 1/- each to the employees of the Company, as follows:-
1) 1,520 (One Thousand, Five Hundred and Twenty) equity shares pursuant to their exercising the stock options granted to them under the Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2011 (ESOS - 2011); and
2) 66,055 (Sixty Six Thousand and Fifty Five) equity shares pursuant to their exercising the stock options granted to them under the Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2012 (ESOS - 2012). |
