| Exchange Disseminated Time | Vidhi Dyestuffs Manufacturing Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 09, 2010, inter alia, have transacted the following business:
1. Adopted the audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2010 and Profit arid Loss Account (or the year ended on that date together with the report of the Directors’ and Auditors’ thereon.
2. Re-appointed Mrs. Pravina B. Manek & Mr. Chetan P. Bavishi as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointed M/s. Bhuta Shah & Co., Chartered Accountant as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
4. Appointed Mr. Mihir B. Manek, Whole-time Director of the Company, as Joint Managing Director of the Company for the period of five years w.e.f. July 15, 2010.
5. Approved the payment of Guarantee Commission to Mr. Bipin M. Manek, the Managing Director of the Company. |
