1. Resignation of Chairman Shri P. A. Subramanian:
At the meeting the Board of Directors have taken on record the resignation received from Shri P. A. Subramanian as the Chairman and Director on the Board of Directors. The Board has considered the same effective from May 09, 2013.
2. Appointment of Shri Piyush I. Tamboli as the Chairman of the Company:
The Board of Directors have appointed Shri Piyush I. Tamboli as the Chairman of the Company effective from May 09, 2013. This is in addition to his being the Managing Director of the Company.
3. Appointment of Additional Director:
Smt. Vishakha P. Tamboli has been appointed as an additional director on the Board of Directors of the Company effective from May 09, 2013. |
