Jagannath Bhosale Marg, Mumbai - 400 021 as directed by Mumbai Bench of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) vide its Order dated 23rd February, 2017 to, consider and approve the Scheme of Arrangement among Heritage Foods Limited ('HFL' or 'Transferor Company') and Heritage Foods Retail Limited ('HFRL' or 'Transferee Company' or 'Demerged Company') and Future Retail Limited ('FRL' or 'Resulting Company') and their respective Shareholders and Creditors ('the Scheme').
