| Exchange Disseminated Time 20/05/2016 17:06:43 | Tarapur Transformers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to transact the business as given below:
1. To take note of Appointment of Mr. Prakash Sogam as a Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. May 30, 2016.
2. To Consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the Quarter/ Year ended on March 31, 2016, in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015;
3. To consider and approve Audited Balance Sheets of the Company as at March 31, 2016 and the profit and Loss Account for the year ended as on that date together with Auditors' Report thereon, (the same will be issued to Shareholders after giving due notice);
4. To take note of Resignation of Mr. Chandrashekhar Trivedi as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. May 30, 2016
Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from May 20, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive) for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code. |
