In this connection, as per company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the Securities of the company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers/ designated employees of the company from 2 February, 2018 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on 13 February, 2018.
