"The Company has come to know through the print media that the Competition Commission of India has passed an order in a Case filed by Coal India Limited (the Informant), in which the Company is one of the opposite parties that certain penalty has been imposed on the Company for certain dealings with Coal India Limited during 2010.
The Company is awaiting certified copies of the order passed by the Commission and is, in the meantime, taking suitable legal steps to make necessary appeals and take other actions as may be advised." |
