1. To approve the Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and Year ended March 31, 2014.
2. To adopt Reconciliation of Share Capital Audit for the quarter ended March 31, 2014.
3. To discuss and recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2014.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Year ended on March 31, 2014 for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from May 17, 2014 to May 29, 2014. |
