The "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from January 31, 2017 to February 14, 2017 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
