In this regard, in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Windows" for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed, for the Directors and Designated Persons, from February 06, 2016 to February 16, 2016 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window shall reopen from February 17, 2016. |
