| Exchange Disseminated Time | Super Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2005, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 40% on the paid up equity share capital of the Company for the year ended 2004-05.
Further the Company has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 01, 2005 to July 29, 2005 (both days inclusive).
The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on July 29, 2005. |
