Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading for Designated Employees and their relatives, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company and their dependents from May 24, 2017 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive), i.e. upto June 01, 2017. |
