| Exchange Received Time 25/05/2017 19:00:57 Exchange Disseminated Time 25/05/2017 19:01:01 Time Taken 00:00:04 | This is to inform that the Board of Directors have today, approved a proposal to enhance the ceiling limit on total holdings of FII/SEBI approved sub-accounts of FIIs, FPIs, QFIs, Non Resident Indians (NRIs) and Person of Indian Origin (PIO) under the Portfolio Investment Scheme upto 74% of the paid-up equity capital of the Company.
The said increase is subject to the approval of the shareholders and such statutory/ regulatory approvals as may be necessary in this regard.
Further, the Board has also approved the Notice of Postal Ballot along with Appointment of scrutinizer for the same.
