| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gravita India Ltd has informed BSE that the Jaipur based multinational Company Gravita India Ltd has initiated steps to strengthen its global presence. Company has decided to set-up a Used Car Battery Recycling plant in The Republic of Trinidad & Tobago. It should be noted that the Prime minister of Trinidad & Tobago is the chief guest of Pravasi Bhartiya Diwas being hosted in Jaipur. On this occasion Managing Director of Gravita India Ltd. Mr. Rajat Agrawal and Chairman of invest T&T (Trade Promotion & Investment Promotion Agency of T&T) Mr. Brien Fontin has signed a MOU for the facilitation of Investment in Trinidad & Tobago in the presence of Honorable Minister of trade & Industry Mr. Stephen Cadiz. Gravita is operating three plants in India and seven plants overseas.
The Managing Director of Gravita India Ltd. Mr. Rajat Agrawal has told that the Company are determined for the safety of environment. Gravita India is a public listed Company since November 2010 and the investors as well as shareholders have benefited from their investment. Company has plans to set up three more plants in near future.
