Please take note that the Board of Directors has approved and refixed the date of 82nd Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2017 on Monday, 28th August, 2017, at the registered office of the Company at Sugar Mill Compound, Dhampur, Distt. Bijnor, U.P at 2.00 P.M. The directors approved the same vide a resolution passed through circulation in terms of Section 175 of the Companies Act, 2013.
