| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to earlier letter dated July 14, 2015, with regard to the ensuing Board Meeting to be held on July 24, 2015, Eveready Industries India Ltd has now informed BSE that at the said Board Meeting, the Board of Directors of the Company, would, inter alia, also be considering a proposal for raising equity shares / debentures /warrants / any other securities (collectively referred to as 'QIP Securities’) to Qualified Institutional Buyers (‘QIBs') on private placement bases on such terms and conditions as may be decided in due course.
As advised earlier, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company remains closed from July 15, 2015 to July 27, 2015, (both days inclusive) as per the Company’s Code to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders. |
