| Exchange Disseminated Time | Celebrity Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors have allotted 7500 Equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 20/- per share on conversion of stock options issued under Employees Stock Option Plan 2005.
Further the Company has informed that consequent to the above allotment the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 18,13,58,390 comprising of 1,81,35,839 equity shares of Rs 10 each to Rs 18,14,33,390 comprising of Rs 1,81,43,339 equity shares of Rs 10 each. |
