a) approved the standalone unaudited results for the 2nd quarter F.Y. 2017-18 ended 30th September, 2017. The results as approved are enclosed.
The Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company on the unaudited standalone results for the 2nd quarter 2017-18 is also enclosed.
b) on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, elevated Mr. Pankaj Sarda as Jt. Managing Director of the Company.
