| Exchange Received Time 20/09/2017 21:00:05 Exchange Disseminated Time 20/09/2017 21:00:11 Time Taken 00:00:06 | Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2017, to consider raising funds through issue of equity shares on preferential basis in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, and such other acts / rules / regulations as may be applicable and subject to approval from the shareholders of the Company and such other regulatory/statutory approvals, as may be required.
Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, as amended & Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Insiders in its securities (the Code), the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect till Tuesday, September 26, 2017. It is clarified that Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed only for the Designated Persons and their Immediate relative, as identified under the said Code and is however not applicable for general investors and trading will continue to be open for them.
