- The Board has approved and adopted Dividend Distribution Policy to comply the requirements of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.The said Policy provides that considering various statutory requirements, financial performance and other internal and external factors, efforts will be made to maintain a Dividend pay-out ratio (including present Dividend Distribution Tax) in the range of 35% to 55% of Net Profit (Profit after Tax). |
