| Exchange Disseminated Time | Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Company is seeking approval of shareholders by way of Postal Ballot on the following matters:
1. Sub-division of equity share of nominal value Rs. 10/- into 2 (two) equity shares of nominal value of Rs. 5/- each and consequent amendment to the authorised capital of the Company.
2. Amendment of the existing clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company providing for equity shares of the nominal value of Rs. 5/- each.
3. Amendment of the main objects to include agency, distributorship and trading business and to make the objects clause in conformity with the provisions of The Companies Act, 2013.
4. Alteration of Articles of Association in line with the provisions of The Companies Act, 2013. |
