| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bank of Maharashtra has informed BSE that in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (e) of sub-section 3 of Section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act,1970/1980 read with Sub-clause (1) & (2) of clause 9 of the Nationalised Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970/1980, the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services, vide their notification dated June 26, 2013 has appointed Shri.Ramadev Laxmichand Saydiwal, Special Assistant, as ‘Workmen Employee Director’ on the Board of the Bank .
He is appointed for a period of three years with effect from the date of his taking over the charge of the post on or after July 21, 2013 or until he ceases to be a Workmen Employee of the Bank or until further orders, whichever is the earliest. |
