| Exchange Disseminated Time | Honda Siel Power Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company have approved shifting of the Registered Office of the Company from the State of Uttar Pradesh to the National Capital Territory of Delhi and consequent alteration in the Registered Office Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company, subject to approval of the Shareholders and Company Law Board.
The Company will be seeking confirmation from the Company Law Board, Northern Region Bench for alteration of Clause II of the Memorandum of Association of the Company to change the place of its Registered Office from the 'State of Uttar Pradesh' to the 'National Capital Territory of Delhi' in terms of the Special Resolution to be passed through Postal Ballot.
