1. To relook the proposal of ongoing Preferential Allotment of Equity Shares to the persons belonging to the Promoter & Non-Promoter Group in respect of which shareholders approval have been accorded in the Annual General Meeting held on December 29, 2014;
2. To consider selling or dispose-off one or more of its business undertaking/property of the Company. |
